1. Installation Charges
Installation and setup fees are non-refundable once the service is activated.
2. Monthly Subscription
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
3. Advance Payments
Any advance payment will be adjusted against future bills unless service activation fails due to technical reasons.
4. Service Cancellation
Customers may request service cancellation by contacting support. Cancellation will be effective after clearance of all dues.
5. Corporate Clients
Corporate or enterprise customers may have customized refund policies as per the agreement or SLA.
6. Equipment Return
All RSM NETWORK-provided equipment must be returned in good condition. Damage or loss may incur charges.
7. Service Suspension
No refund will be issued for suspension due to non-payment or policy violations.
8. Policy Changes
RSM NETWORK reserves the right to update this policy at any time.
