1. Introduction
Welcome to RSM NETWORK. By subscribing to, accessing, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.
2. Scope of Services
RSM NETWORK provides internet connectivity and related services, including but not limited to:
- Home and Corporate Internet Services
- Fiber Optic Connectivity
- Real / Static IP Services
- FTP, Media & Local Server Access
- CCTV and Network Solutions
- Value Added Services (CDN, content optimization, etc.)
Service availability may vary based on location, technical feasibility, and regulatory requirements.
3. Eligibility
Customers must be legally eligible to enter into a service agreement. Services may be provided to individuals, businesses, or organizations, subject to verification and approval.
4. Installation & Activation
Installation timelines depend on infrastructure readiness and technical conditions. Installation and setup charges must be paid before or at the time of activation. RSM NETWORK reserves the right to refuse installation if feasibility or compliance requirements are not met.
5. Billing & Payment
Services are billed on a monthly or agreed billing cycle basis. All invoices must be paid within the specified due date. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination without prior notice. Reconnection fees may apply.
6. Fair Usage & Network Management
RSM NETWORK implements Fair Usage and network management policies to ensure service quality for all users. Excessive, abusive, or abnormal usage may result in speed limitation, service restriction, or review without refund.
7. Prohibited Activities
Customers shall not use RSM NETWORK services for:
- Illegal activities or unlawful content
- Hacking, phishing, spamming, malware distribution, or cyber attacks
- Copyright infringement or unauthorized data distribution
- Network abuse that disrupts service for others
Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination and possible legal action.
8. Service Availability & Maintenance
RSM NETWORK strives to maintain optimal service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance, system upgrades, emergency repairs, or events beyond reasonable control may cause service interruptions.
9. Equipment Responsibility
Any equipment provided by RSM NETWORK remains the responsibility of the customer while in use. Loss, damage, or misuse may result in replacement or repair charges.
10. Data Privacy & Security
Customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. While reasonable security measures are applied, RSM NETWORK is not responsible for breaches caused by customer negligence or third-party actions.
11. Real IP, Server & Advanced Services
Real IP, FTP, server, and dedicated services are subject to availability, additional terms, and charges. Abuse or misuse of such services may result in immediate withdrawal.
12. Corporate & Enterprise Customers
Corporate customers may be governed by customized agreements or Service Level Agreements (SLA). In case of conflict, the SLA terms shall prevail.
13. Limitation of Liability
RSM NETWORK shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses, including data loss or service interruption, regardless of cause.
14. Termination of Service
RSM NETWORK reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- These Terms are violated
- Payment obligations are not fulfilled
- Required by law or regulatory authorities
15. Modification of Terms
RSM NETWORK may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh and applicable regulatory frameworks.
